The Honourable Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Kaduna State, Dr. Sule Shu’aibu, SAN, has described the overwhelming public support for Governor Uba Sani as a clear vote of confidence in his transformative and people-focused leadership. He stated that the citizens are united in their desire to re-elect the Governor in 2027 to continue his compassionate and inclusive governance.
Dr. Shu’aibu made these remarks during a strategic meeting with critical stakeholders focused on improving the state’s security architecture. He pointed to the recent decisive victory in the state’s bye-elections as a key indicator of public sentiment, calling it a “test of microphone” that foreshadows the 2027 general elections.
The Commissioner also commended Kaduna citizens for their resilience and peaceful conduct, pledging the government’s unwavering commitment to protecting lives and property. He further praised the massive turnout for the ongoing Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) exercise, interpreting it as the public’s readiness to reward Governor Sani’s good governance with their ballots.
