Guber Race: Kaduna CSO’s Rate election was fair, credible, Vows to Defend Sen. Uba Sani’s Mandate.

Rate election was fair, credible.

Group under aegis of Coalition of Kaduna Civil Society Organizations had scored the 2023 governatorial election in Kaduna  “free, fair and credible”, noting that other candidates have  rights to challenge the outcome in court if desatisfied .
According to the group, a fair; credible election was  conducted and  won with he honour of that victory and responsibility fell on Senator Uba Sani.
In a press statement signed by the Coordinator of the Group, Comrade Musa Mohammed, it is a fact Uba Sani won the election, and he was Officially declared winner by INEC  and Certificate of Return was given to that effect accordingly .
The statement further reads: “After the declaration by INEC, some opposition political parties raised alarm and they were advised to seek redress through the legal means in the court of law by President Muhammadu Buhari, of which we believe it’s part of democracy.
“We advised Political Parties which  Participated in 2023 elections to Seek Legal Redress If they are not Satisfied with Election.
“We therefore call on all those with grievances to address disputes through prescribed legal channels.”
“Any governatorial candidate or political party in Kaduna State who has misgivings about the election are advised to seek legal redress and eschew violence”.
“The  election was better than past elections, but equally has glitches. Violence can never be an option to show grievances, but rather candidates and their parties should seek legal redress as provider under Nigeria’s law.
“The kaduna 2023 governatorial elections were “largely peaceful” despite administrative and logistical hurdles at many polling units.
“We want the opposition’s to know that, we will do everything possible to defend the democracy, to sustain the democracy, to grow the democracy and to defend the mandate given to Senator Uba Sani.
“We will mobilise all the people  within the state to defend the said mandate. We are ready to lay down our lives if situation demand; we shall fight this battle without looking back to logical conclusion. We will not allow any intruder or any parasite individual or group of people to dethrone our democracy; we are ready to defend it with the last drop of our blood.
“We will not allow the repeat of PDP in Kaduna State.
“The people of Kaduna state has decided to chose their governor, which is Senator Uba Sani.
“We will not allow kaduna state to fall into the hands of terrorists and those who worship demons.
“PDP and Isa Ashiru inciting the good people of Kaduna state after Uba Sani’s victory
“We warn Isa Ashiru Kudan, the PDP governatorial candidate, to stop making inflammatory comments against the kaduna State governor elect.
“Barring no judicial intervention, Sen. Uba Sani, by the grace of Almighty Allah is would be sworn in on 29 May.
“We congratulate all the good citizens of Kaduna state for their determination, patience and resilience displayed throughout the electoral process.
“Social media was actively used by PDPand political actors as a campaign tool. However, the platforms were misused to spread harmful content, including disinformation on key electoral processes; the measures the platforms took to protect electoral integrity were insufficient.
“Misleading information also came from PDP and Isa Ashiru Kudan supporters which they contributed to a blurred information environment for voters.
Enough of Political Rascality Over 2023 kaduna governatorial Election.
“We as democrats, can no longer fold our arms and do nothing as responsible stakeholders in the kaduna project.
For the purpose of emphasis, what the state has been passing through since the 2023 governatorial election is nothing more than political rascality, irresponsibility, crudity, recklessness, insensitivity and treasonable acts which threaten our democracy and security.
“We have to commend the media and the Civil Society Organisation for joining forces to fact check. “
The Coordinator, thanked the Media for the good coverage of the elections especially at a time where fake news have dominated the media space and wished Christian Happy Easter.

THE PRESS STATEMENT BY THE NIGERIA UNION OF JOURNALISTS (NUJ) KADUNA STATE COUNCIL ON AN ALLEGE THREAT TO LIFE OF KADUNA VANGUARD CORRESPONDENT BY GOVERNOR-ELECT IS FALSE – BABBAR HARKA

The Chairman and CEO Babbar Harka Resources and Global Links, Alhaji Nasiru Shuaibu Babbar Harka has said that he was embarrassed reading a frivolous, mischievous, false and highly embarrassing press statement issued by the nigeria union of journalists (NUJ) kaduna state council, that “The attention of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Kaduna State Council, has been drawn to a letter of complaint by our member who is the State correspondent of the Vanguard Newspapers, Mallam Hassan Mahmoud over an alleged threat to his life by the Governor-elect of Kaduna State, Senator Uba Sani at purported media briefing in Kaduna on Sunday, March 26, 2023”.

Babbar Harka said that he made his findings which revealed that the vanguard correspondent only misinterpreted simple advice to all journalists by Uba Sani.
The governor elect, only offered an advisory to all media practitioners, to verify their reports before publishing, while reminding the media of the volatile nature of Kaduna State and the need for the media to sustain the fragile peace, rather than set the state on fire through their reportage.
The Vanguard correspondent misinterpreted to mean personal attack or threat on his person.
Therefore, the public should disregard the information which is totally incorrect.

Yakawada wishes Uba Sani and his deputy governor elect success as he takes up the challenges that await him in his exalted office in Kaduna State.

KADUNA 2023: THE TRUTH STILL MATTERS.

By Comrade Musa Mohammed

‘The truth still matters’ ‘SENATOR UBA SANI’ won the kaduna governorship election, despite mountain of alleged lies.
Far from being chastened by the widespread criticism, mockery and rejection UBA SANI received from the opposition ‘fabricating many aspects of his life story’, he still emerged as the winner.

The gang-up was massive. At the last hours, and when it mattered most, friends turned foes and associates turned persecutors. Criticism underlined by pure mischief took over the airwaves and naysayers shouted themselves hoarse, railing against UBA SANI the people’s governor elect.

They called UBA SANI every ugly name in the day-light under the sun.

The desperation was dramatic: they dug up videos, photographs and superimposed letters on them to create a false narrative. Social media influencers suborned to subvert democracy swore with every fibre of their being that their fake news was flawless truth. Hack and hired writers spun falsehood in print and social media mobs rolled out leaflet after leaflet from the fiction mint. The bile was so barbarous, the hate laced with hauteur.

But at the end of the day, it was all for nought. The purveyors of acrimony did not reckon with the people’s massive goodwill, the gratitude of a populace long harassed but now breathing refreshingly fresh air. It is not for nothing that the people of Kaduna state most especially the Hausa-Fulani ‘Muslim’ say that anyone the Almighty has made cannot be imitated (MALIKAL-MULK). The elected Kaduna State governor, Uba Sani’s massive triumph over political gangsters will now be the stuff of legend, and if we have an intelligent director, it could be the stuff of an epic. So epochal was the victory and so richly deserved are the celebrations across the Liberal State ‘Centre of Learning’.

Sen. Ahmed Makarfi the former governor of Kaduna state who sees himself as godfather of Kaduna politics, indeed the ultimate political god. He was disgraced and humiliated, and so was his adopted candidate, Isa Ashiru Kudan of the PDP, who has just been confined into political quagmire. Prior to the election, the megalomaniac was everywhere in the state engaging in a campaign of calumny against UBA SANI. The PDP family spun falsehood with professional proficiency, thinking that UBA SANI would be defeated and deflated. But he and his candidate faced the real test of election on Saturday and crashed very quickly.

UBA SANI he is the one God providentially destined for the seat. His election will furnishes him with the opportunity to complete his predecessor development agenda and write his name in gold in Kaduna State.

As the Governatorial election which took place in Kaduna last Saturday, it has been a free, fair and peaceful.

“There shall be no blood¬letting, no blood will be shed. There shall be peace, Uba Sani is God’s voice candidate that’s why he emerge to rule kaduna state.”

“The People of Kaduna state will enjoy good security again. There shall be peace on land, at sea, in the air and everywhere.”

Kaduna 2023: Comrade Musa Mohammed Congratulates Governor-Elect, Uba Sani

A member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kaduna State, Comrade Musa Mohammed has congratulated Senator Uba Sani on his victory at the kaduna State Gubernatorial election held on Saturday.

“I salute the people of Kaduna State for displaying unprecedented courage by speaking so loudly through their votes and nipping the menace of ‘votes buying’ in the bud. They are the true heroes of this election and I congratulate them” he said.

“We stand with the people of Kaduna in sending a clear message to Nigerians that we are prepared and ready to rescue them from the hardship and woes that they have been thrown into.

“I congratulate the candidate of the APC, Senator Uba Sani, on his victory in the kaduna 2023 governorship election,” he said.

Comrade Mohammed also hailed All kaduna APC stakeholders, including His Excellency Malam Nasiru El-Rufai the executive Governor of Kaduna state, for their unflinching support for the Governor-elect.

Guber 2023: Why I’m Supporting Sen. Uba Sani – Comrade Musa Mohammed

A member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in Kaduna State, Comrade Musa Mohammed (Moonlight), has explained why he is supporting the candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Uba Sani, in the rescheduled governorship election in the state.
He hinged his decision in the fact that Uba Sani is better placed to lead kaduna on the path of development and growth.
According to Comrade Mohammed, his main concern is the development of the state, and Uba Sani know-how to advance the fortunes of the state for the better.
He said the APC candidate had  proven track record of performance from his days in the Senate.
He said the candidate’s public sector experience as a legislator gave him an edge over the other candidates, adding that such experience would come handy at “these trying times.”
Comrade Mohammed opined that Uba Sani facilitated employment of many youths, attracted projects including healthcare centres, schools, empowerment etc, to his senatorial zone, at the Red chamber of the National Assembly.
He said, “He had also provided a lot of Constituency projects across the 7 local governments area under his senatorial zone, even those outside his constituency also benefited from his representation.
“On personal ground, he has given scholarships to students across the state and free healthcare services to people from his senatorial district.

“If someone can do these much as a Senator, just imagine what he will do when elected as the governor.”
He further said that the UBA SANI also has advantage of youth being in his early 40s, adding that he has the right mental ability to stimulate youth-centered activities that would curtain restiveness in the state.
He urged all the people of Kaduna state who are eligible to vote, should vote for Senator Uba Sani and all APC candidates on Saturday, 18th March 2023.
